At Geekay Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely repack the bicycle or component in its original factory box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and schedule a convenient courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
