How long does it take for my bike to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
For safety and shipping efficiency, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and seat. We provide a toolkit and a detailed instruction manual with every purchase.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact our support team immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.
Do Geekay Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bicycles come with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 6-month warranty on original parts and components against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. We also offer No-Cost EMI options on select bank cards.
How do I choose the right frame size for me?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page based on rider height. Generally, our 26-inch frames are suitable for adults, while smaller sizes are available for kids and teenagers.
